Join our Strategic Advisory team and contribute to high-impact projects across market research, economic and demographic analysis, development advisory, portfolio review, and asset optimization. You'll play a pivotal role in providing accurate and timely consultancy reports, helping our clients make informed decisions that drive success.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market, economic, and demographic research to support client strategiesPrepare high-quality consultancy reports, ensuring accuracy and actionable insightsAssist senior staff with client presentations, project proposals, and submissionsCollaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver tailored solutionsDevelop and maintain strong industry relationships with clients and internal expertsContinually update and improve internal databases for analysis and forecastingWork closely with colleagues to develop new consultancy products and improve servicesEnsure exceptional client service and proactively identify internal referral opportunitiesMeet individual revenue targets and contribute to overall business successQualifications
Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skillsRelevant tertiary qualifications (Property, Finance, Economics, or related fields)Extensive knowledge in at least one property asset class (Retail, Industrial, Residential, Office, Data Centres, Life Sciences, etc.)Experience in market research, economic analysis, development advisory, portfolio review, or asset optimizationProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (GIS or Estate Master experience preferred!)Ability to interpret key property, economic, and demographic datasetsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilityEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approachExcellent organization, time management, and attention to detailAdditional Information
