Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to coordinate logistics for our warehouse and transport functions.
This role involves processing sales and purchase orders into our Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring seamless execution of customer orders, and managing inventory control.
The successful candidate will develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor service performance and maintain high standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to provide exceptional customer service to our warehouse customers, interfacing with local 3rd-party logistics service providers as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate logistics for warehouse and transport functions, ensuring seamless execution of customer orders.
2. Process sales and purchase orders into the WMS, preparing invoices for customers and managing inventory control.
3. Develop and manage KPIs to monitor service performance and maintain high standards.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to warehouse customers, interfacing with local 3rd-party logistics service providers as required.
