Our multinational client is seeking a concise, driven Electrical Service Technician. You'll perform crucial testing, diagnostics, and service work, ensuring top-tier quality and safety in locations across Australia and PNG.

Key Responsibilities:
* Field Service: Identify and solve technical problems on-site.
* Team Development: Coach and mentor junior technicians.
* Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment failures, recommending corrections.
* Work Execution: Plan and complete tasks efficiently and to high standards.
* Technical Support: Provide expert guidance to both staff and customers.
* Resource Management: Prepare material lists and ensure parts availability.
* Documentation: Complete and submit customer reports promptly.
* Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety rules and environmental responsibilities.
* Customer Focus: Enhance satisfaction through superior service and identify improvements.
* Collaboration: Work closely with customers and internal teams.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Electrical Fitter License and Driver's License.
* Working at height and confined spaces tickets. Highly regarded
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Willingness for FIFO (Fly-In/Fly-Out) and significant national/international travel.
Compensation:
* Starts at $45/hour + penalties.
* Annual earnings can range from $110,000 to $200,000 with penalties.
