Travel Agency Support & Operations Coordinator (Non-Sales)
Approx. 30 hours - Fulltime hours per week (neg. for the right candidate)
We're seeking an experienced Travel Support & Operations Coordinator to support a boutique travel agency in a non-sales capacity. You'll work closely with the Principal Travel Advisor, ensuring bookings are accurate, compliant, and polished before reaching clients.
Key responsibilities:
• Administrative and operational support
• Cross-checking bookings, fares, ticketing, and documentation
• Working in Amadeus GDS (recent experience essential)
• Back-office support and supplier liaison
• Quality control and problem-solving
About you:
• Recent travel industry experience
• Minimum 3+ years of travel industry experience required
• Travel agency or corporate travel experience preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and reliability
• Customer-focused, even behind the scenes
• Confident working independently
• Working in Amadeus GDS (recent experience essential)
• Amadeus GDS experience must be within the last 1 year
• FIT / Ski travel experience or strong interest highly regarded but not necessary
• Australian work rights are mandatory for this position
