We are seeking an organised and proactive Listing & Campaign Coordinator to support our sales team with end-to-end listing and campaign management across our Buderim and Maroochydore offices.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys managing multiple campaigns at once, and takes pride in delivering polished, accurate marketing and administration support.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing property listings and marketing campaigns from authority through to withdrawal, ensuring all advertising, portals, and internal systems are kept up to date and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, build and manage property listings and campaigns
* Prepare and process Form 6 / Listing Authorities
* Coordinate and manage campaign preparation timelines
* Prepare and manage Vendor Paid Advertising
* Coordinate property advertising
* Manage inbound email enquiries for office inboxes
* Action and respond to agent requests efficiently and accurately
* Provide general campaign and listing administration support as required
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
* Confident using real estate CRM systems and property portals
* Strong written communication skills
* Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
* Previous real estate administration or campaign experience preferred
