Delivery Trainer – National Systems rollout - 6 months contract
We are seeking experienced Delivery Trainers to support the rollout of a new national business system across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major system implementation, helping teams adapt to new technology while working in a flexible and dynamic environment.
* Start: February 2026
* Contract Duration: 6 months with potential extensions
What the Role Involves:
* Delivering training to staff onsite at State branches (approx. 50% travel per month; single block, all expenses reimbursed)
* Providing professional, engaging, and clear instruction to staff with varied technical experience
* Supporting the successful adoption of the Customer Connect system across multiple regions
Key Requirements:
* Strong technical capability and systems aptitude
* Proven experience delivering training virtually (Microsoft Teams preferred)
* Flexibility to work weekends when required
* Valid driver's licence
