Physiotherapy Professional
Your role at our healthcare organization involves working as a highly motivated and passionate Physiotherapist (Grade 1) in our friendly and dynamic Allied Health Department.
* We are looking for an individual who can provide high quality evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments for all patients/clients, using patient-centered care to develop appropriate physiotherapy treatment goals and plans.
* The ideal candidate will establish and maintain direct working relationships with multi-disciplinary colleagues and internal/external customers, participating actively in multidisciplinary team meetings.
* Responsibilities also include the use of Evidence Based Patient treatment outcome measures, Patient feedback satisfaction measures, and quality assurance activities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across various areas of speciality, including inpatient & outpatient rehabilitation, orthopaedics, surgical, general medicine, oncology and ICU. Rotation throughout these wards is available along with mentoring and supervision for graduates and Grade 1s.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high quality evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments for all patients/clients.
* Use patient-centered care to develop appropriate physiotherapy treatment goals and plans for all patients/clients.
* Establish and maintain direct working relationships with multi-disciplinary colleagues and internal/external customers.
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Evidence Based Patient treatment outcome measures and Patient feedback satisfaction measures.
* Assist with education and training programs for students as requested.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in providing evidence-based physiotherapy practices in clinical settings, excellent verbal & written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
