**Your new role**
As a Customer Support Advisor for NAB your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions for overdue accounts via inbound & outbound calls
- Discussing potential hardship arrangements and ideal payment methods for customers
- Educating the customer on services which they can use to help them better manage their accounts.
Your working week will be from Mon - Fri between 8 am - 8pm.
This is a rotating roster with 8 hour shifts. The role pays $32.69 per hour + Super This role has compulsory 7 weeks Full time training from office. It is expected that you are available for the entirety of this training period.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a good understanding of customer needs.
- Previous customer service experience
- Individuals who strive to deliver excellent customer service and are customer centric
You will be required to complete online testing to ensure the key competencies in the role are addressed. These include, attention to detail, adaptability, resilience and empathy.
