About the Role
As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the venue during your shifts, ensuring smooth service, compliance, and a welcoming environment for patrons and staff alike.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Supervising daily hotel operations across bar, gaming and service areas
Leading and supporting staff on shift
Delivering high standards of customer service
Cash handling and end-of-shift procedures
Ensuring compliance with RSA, gaming, and responsible service requirements
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented venue
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in hospitality (duty management experience preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and leadership skills
A positive, reliable, and hands-on attitude
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
Qualifications
RSA, RSG, and Responsible Person certificates are highly regarded
If you don't currently hold these, you must be willing to obtain your RSA and Responsible Person qualifications
Gaming experience is not essential — full gaming training will be provided for the right candidate
