In this Sales Representative role, you will make an impact by:
* Facilitating a first-class sales experience for GP's and Pharmacist customers.
* Developing plans and consistently monitoring your territory, key customer, and competitor performance.
* Leveraging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to educate other customers.
* Promoting value-added services that improve the quality of care available to patients.
* Maintaining a high level of industry, business, and portfolio knowledge.
* Taking ownership of territory issues and providing appropriate solutions.
* Accurately and timely completing all administration tasks and capturing in-field activity within the Sales Force CRM system.
* Sharing best practices within the team and contributing positively to the team culture.
* Striving to achieve or exceed KPIs by executing in line with Sales and Marketing Strategy and Territory Business Plan.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a GP Sales Representative.
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Business, or Science.
* Strong track record of sales success.
* Experience working in a hybrid sales environment (virtual and face-to-face detailing) is preferred.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to effectively persuade, negotiate, and influence.
* Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
