Peacock Bros is seeking an Account Manager / Sales Representative for our SA label print division. This role is ideal for an emerging sales professional with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, who can handle multiple priorities while driving growth and retention. You’ll join an experienced SA-based team and have the opportunity to secure new business in a supportive environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the LPD Area Manager you are responsible for managing a designated area in South Australia, including building and maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and acting as the main point of contact for customers. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, problem-solving initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while developing your business acumen.

Your key focus areas will include:

* Manage Accounts: Build and maintain relationships with key SA clients.
* Oversee Sales: Track and progress client orders from first contact to follow-up.
* Prepare Quotes & Docs: Provide quotes and maintain accurate records.
* Monitor Targets: Track account performance against budgets.
* Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on products and competitors.
* Collaboration: Maintain calendars, be accessible via Teams, and work with internal teams.
* Ongoing Development: Continuously improve skills and product knowledge.


ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a proactive individual with a go-getter attitude, eagerness to expand their industry knowledge, a strong desire to grow with the business and available to commence immediately.

You will have:

* Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with a client-first attitude.
* Experience with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Business Central 365 (preferred).
* Excellent time management and previous sales experience.
* Understanding of print product demands.
* Team player who supports colleagues and contributes to team goals.
* Professional, polite, and detail-oriented with the ability to build strong client relationships.
* Holds a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
