The Role Toll People are currently looking for casual Pick Packers to join a busy warehouse team based in Kemps Creek. This is a fast-paced role working with a variety of retail e-commerce products - from electronics and homewares to fashion and more. Pay Rates Morning Shift (6am - 2pm): $35.17 per hour Afternoon Shift (2pm - 10pm): $39.39 per hour Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack products in a timely manner Operate RF scanners to process orders Receive and organise incoming stock Prepare and label orders for dispatch Maintain high safety, hygiene, and quality standards Assist with stock control and inventory checks Carry out general warehouse housekeeping duties Skills & Experience Warehouse or logistics experience is a bonus Comfortable using RF scanners (or willing to learn) Good attention to detail - accuracy matters Reliable with a strong work ethic Comfortable with manual handling Can follow instructions and work well in a team Open to completing a medical and police check Must have full working rights in Australia Benefits Ongoing training and support provided Modern, well-maintained facilities with strong safety standards On-site parking available Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for long-term or permanent roles for high performers About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
