Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to provide high‑quality reporting, P&L oversight, and monthly financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making across the business. Success in this role requires confident communication skills and the ability to influence and work effectively with senior stakeholders. This is a key role in driving financial performance, supporting leaders with informed decision‑making, and contributing to the organisation’s broader commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate, communicate and effectively influence QAL leaders to ensure optimal outcomes and delivery of the QAL targets and strategies.
Translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Drive sustainable growth and assist key stakeholders to make informed commercial decisions.
Assist with the development of business cases for business initiatives (both OPEX and CAPEX).
Facilitate periodic reforecasting for the designated business units.
Co‑ordinate the annual budget process for the business units you support.
Perform monthly tracking of KPIs and variance analysis to identify deviations and areas for improvement.
Translate numbers into compelling stories and assist with resource allocation and strategy execution.
Qualifications Minimum 10+ years’ experience in similar roles. Hold a degree in Accounting and be CA or CPA qualified, bringing strong technical expertise alongside the ability to translate financial data into actionable business outcomes.
