You will participate in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating subject care and clinical research studies with a focus on Emergency and Cardiology research but will be required to work within all areas of the Multidisciplinary team when required due to operational needs.

About us:
Atherton Community Health is based at Atherton Hospital. The Atherton Hospital is comprised of a 57-bed acute hospital, community health services, allied health services, dental, community home care and mental health service.
Community Health is coordinated by the Nurse Unit Manager and is comprised of Clinical Nurses, Indigenous Health Workers, Indigenous Liaison Officers, Social Worker, Operational and Administration Staff.
About you:
In your new role you will……
* Provide effective and efficient clinical care in the area of clinical research and work in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager and Principal Investigator's to ensure the maintenance of safe standards in patient care.
* Effectively manage self-development and work with the Nurse Unit Manager to meet unit nursing staff development needs.
* Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice activities to ensure the provision of quality, cost-effective patient care working within the applicable regulatory and statutory guidelines.
