Job Title: Australian Government Security Agency Roles
The Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Customer Service team. As a frontline officer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment to AGSVA's customers and stakeholders.
Duties of the position include:
* Escalation point to support complex enquiries;
* Processing and transacting security clearance related products, and delegation responsibilities where required;
* Working collaboratively within a diverse team and work environment;
* Ongoing engagement with on-the-job training and participation in activities to build and maintain customer service skills, systems and product knowledge.
Our Team
AGSVA is the central agency for processing and granting security clearances for Australian Government agencies and state and territory agencies.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Ability to operate and produce high-quality customer service outcomes in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities;
* Strong communication skills to support a diverse range of stakeholders;
* Interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and responsiveness to ad-hoc or alternate taskings;
* High-level computer literacy with demonstrated ability to learn new systems.
