We take pride in delivering a consistently high standard of food, service, and atmosphere, and we're looking for leaders who can bring that energy to every shift.What You'll Be Doing: • Leading daily operations with energy and professionalism • Maintaining a strong floor presence to support your team and engage guests • Supporting NPS and Google rating goals through great food, fast service, and genuine hospitality • Training and developing team members with on-shift coaching, regular feedback, and leadership by example • Managing FOH & BOH collaboration, rostering, inventory, and ordering • Ensuring food safety, compliance, grooming, and venue presentation standards are consistently met • Addressing guest feedback and resolving concerns with empathy and speed • Supporting team recruitment, progression, and culture through structured meetings and events • Working at least 3 peak shifts per week to keep service standards high when it matters mostWhat You Bring: • Experience in hospitality or restaurant leadership (1–3 years preferred) • Strong people skills and a team-first attitude • A calm, solution-focused mindset during busy or challenging times • Passion for service, quality, and guest satisfaction • Solid organisational, communication, and time-management skillsWhy Fonda?
