Salary Range of $78K - $85K plus Super
Leading Company are seeking an Administration Team Leader to coordinate a team of administration staff for their back-office operations in their Darra Office. The role is supporting the administration team but also having a hands-on approach, handling various administration tasks including invoicing, payroll, data entry and purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities include:
Advise and support the administration team
Direct and execute workflows
Reporting with a strong excel focus
Assist team with processes including payroll and invoicing
Assist with Customer Queries
Compliance Management
Address complaints and resolve problems
Liaise with internal parties - shared services etc
Implement and update Administration Processes and Procedures
About You:
Strong Leadership skills - prior experience supervising a team
A high degree of Customer Focus
Experience in Payroll would be advantageous
Accounting knowledge
Positive business sense and a professional manner
Strong Attention to Detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Is efficient and organised, with the ability to prioritise workload
A quick learner with a "can do attitude"
Strong Excel and Word Skills
Drivers Licence required
The role will require occasional travel within Queensland to other offices where some of the teams are based.
