About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, proactive, passionate individual wanting to become a vital member of our organisation, by assisting our Lifestyles Management team with their administrative duties. This position will be located primarily at St Ives with the possibility of working once a week at our head office in Allambie Heights

Duties as below (but not limited to):
- Providing general administration support and assistance to the Lifestyles team
- Liaising with clients and their families/carers
- Maintaining client information, assessments and records, including assisting with Service Review Documentation, the Client Risk Register and My Mobile Folder.
- Maintaining, scheduling and updating of clients in Salesforce
- Maintaining staff training records
- Assisting with the management of Lifestyles St Ives fleet of vehicles
- Assisting the team with WHS compliance
- Assisting with special projects as required
- Taking minutes of meetings when required
You:
- Have a minimum of 3 year's administration experience in a fast paced environment
- Positive "can do" attitude
- Articulate communication both verbal and written
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to think out the square
