We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our high performing Centre Management team at Erina Fair - the Central Coast's premier retail destination. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you'll oversee building services, tenancy coordination and small-medium CAPEX projects, ensuring the centre operates to the highest standards of safety, presentation and performance.
What You'll Do
* Manage end to end tenancy delivery, including permits, approvals and pre start meetings
* Coordinate contractors and consultants, ensuring compliance with WH&S and building requirements
* Lead weekly tenancy meetings and support sustainability initiatives
* Prepare CAPEX documentation when required for Lessor Tenancy infrastructure works.
* Assist with centre-wide capital projects when required.
* Oversee fire safety assessments and risk management plans
* Manage hard-service providers (Fire, HVAC, Vertical Transport) and monitor performance
* Handle operational financials including POs, invoices and contractor payments
* Support continuous improvement in energy efficiency and centre operations
About You
* Experienced Operations or Facilities Manager (retail or commercial preferred)
* Strong knowledge of building operations, WH&S, compliance and project management
* Proven contractor management and budgeting skills
* Understanding of retail leasing and tenancy delivery processes
* Tenacious problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills
* High computer literacy and strong documentation ability
