Responsibilities
* Part of the team delivering University transition activities, this role is key in the delivery of the first year of the Future Skills programme, Navigate.
* Designing and delivering a range of resources and activities that help students transition into and through higher education.
* Develop a foundational knowledge of the Kingston graduate attributes, understand themselves better and prepare for further stages of the Future Skills programme.
* Support with the planning and delivery of other key transition-focused deliverables.
The Person
* Dynamic and innovative professional with a passion for supporting students\' transition and development.
* Ability to design engaging, inclusive and flexible resources and sessions contextualised within different areas of study and tailored to diverse learning preferences.
* Strong command of modern teaching methods and interactive technologies.
* Excellent interpersonal abilities to develop rapport and engage students, addressing behavioural challenges tactfully.
* Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring high-quality outcomes with attention to detail.
