Veolia has an exciting opportunity for a Works Coordinator to manage maintenance activities based in Ballarat 3350. This role is ideal for a self‐motivated individual eager to learn and grow in asset and maintenance operations within the water industry. What you'll be responsible for:
* Utilising VAMS (CMMS) to maximise maintenance outcomes for Victorian Water contracts
* Coordinating maintenance activities and managing subcontractors across 8 sites
* Implementing and maintaining maintenance plans and inventory management practices
* Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and safety standards
* Preparing and submitting reports to meet weekly/monthly deadlines
* Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Supporting the regional asset management team's objectives
What you'll need to be successful:
* Logistics experience, relevant coordination skills or Engineering background
* Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders
* Self‐motivation and eagerness to learn about asset and maintenance operations
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Valid driver's licence
