A family owned, multi-award winning retailer with over 80 stores across Victoria. Established in 1901, and renowned for quality cakes, pastries and baked goods, our loyal customers have come to expect the very best from Ferguson Plarre.
We are seeking an accomplished, energetic person to take the lead and manage our store located in Rosebud.
We need you to be the one to set the standard and make this store your own.
You will need to be someone with high energy, experience, a passion for people and an eye for detail.
Essential Criteria:
* Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally retail food.
* Highly capable to lead, develop and engage people.
* A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
About the role:
Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Providing excellence in execution of Product Quality, Service, Safety, Cleanliness and Speed Standards.
* Driving and achieving Sales and Cost targets.
* Building a vibrant, energetic, and inclusive team culture by training and coaching of team members.
* Delivering outstanding customer experiences which exceeds their expectations.
* Maintaining operational excellence and efficient store systems.
* Effective rostering to ensure Right People, Right Place, Right Time.
This role will require you to be available to work across the store trading hours, including weekends when required. Full barista training is available for this role.
