About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager and Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast regions.
You will oversee design, construction, commissioning and handover of critical assets, ensuring strong performance in safety, quality, program and commercial outcomes. This role suits a technically capable, solutions‑focused Project Manager who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys driving innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery.
What You'll Bring To The Team
* A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (ideally supported by CPEng/RPEQ or the ability to obtain)
* Demonstrated experience as either a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager delivering water and wastewater infrastructure, ideally supported by 5+ years delivering Design and Construct projects, including sewage treatment plant construction and upgrade works.
* A proven ability to lead projects from early design coordination through construction, commissioning and handover, consistently achieving strong safety, quality, program and commercial outcomes.
* Well‑developed technical capability, with confidence interpreting designs and standards and guiding construction methodologies toward practical, efficient and cost‑effective solutions.
* A proactive approach to identifying design and construction risks and developing alternative solutions that improve constructability and reduce whole‑of‑life costs.
* A strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement, with the ability to challenge traditional approaches and deliver measurable efficiencies across construction practices and programming.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with experience working collaboratively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
