About the Opportunity: We’re looking for a Beverage Experience Specialist to join our flagship Redfern showroom, working Wednesday to Saturday from 8:30am–5:00pm and Sundays from 9:30am–4:00pm, delivering an unforgettable customer experience through exceptional coffee, wine and hospitality. This is not your typical barista role. You’ll be at the heart of the customer journey; welcoming guests, showcasing premium appliances, and helping bring Winning Group’s in-store experience to life. What you'll be doing: Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea and refreshments, including wine where appropriate Acting as a host and brand ambassador, creating a warm, engaging in-store experience Demonstrating coffee machines and premium appliances, sharing your product knowledge Supporting store launches, supplier events and flagship activations Managing weekly orders for beverage and hospitality supplies Training and supporting team members with demonstrations and tastings Delivering consistently outstanding customer service What you'll bring: Barista and/or bar experience (coffee skills essential) A genuine passion for coffee, wine and customer experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional presentation and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment RSA and Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Why Winnings?
