We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Officer to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and healthcare professionals. You will play a vital role in coordinating bookings, managing enquiries, and ensuring a seamless delivery of services for our clients from initial contact and bookings through to service delivery in collaboration with our Allied Health and Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to client and candidate enquiries via phone and email
* Coordinate and schedule pre-employment medical assessments for our clients and offer sufficient booking availability across all our sites
* Liaise with practice managers and clients to ensure timely service delivery
* Maintain accurate and confidential records
* Prepare documentation for health assessor teams
* Provide administrative support to the broader team
* Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered and have a strong focus on developing relationships with key client figures
About You
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and have capacity to work across multiple site locations if and when required by management
* Professional, friendly, and solutions-focused approach
* Experience in healthcare, occupational health, or medical administration (desirable but not essential)
* Willing to undergo collection of Drug & Alcohol specimens collection course for the purposes of assisting our allied health teams during busy appointment schedules
