A Successful Change Manager Should Have
* Proven experience in change management within the energy and natural resources industry.
* Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in working within technology-driven projects or departments.
* Relevant qualifications in change management, project management, or a related field.
