What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee a well‐managed residential portfolio primarily located across Baldivis, Forrestdale, Treeby, Hilbert, and Hammond Park with the successful candidate will be conducting routine inspections on their portfolio together with entry, exits and OFI's
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to uphold the clients premium reputation
* Work collaboratively across teams to share knowledge and contribute to a positive culture
* Be able to work independently and be set-up to work from home
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in residential property management
* Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio
* Highly organised, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
* Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
