The Role
We seek a Marketing Manager to develop a marketing strategy that aligns with our brand positioning while driving performance through sales and traffic-driving campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of the annual marketing strategy and manage the annual marketing budget.
* Ensure brand positioning and creative execution meet the strategic direction and influence key customer segments.
* Drive a centre activation schedule that positions us above competitors and enables retailer participation and customer engagement.
* Analyze research data to inform the team on market share, category performance, customer segments, and retail trends.
* Develop campaigns responding to market opportunities, staying on-brand, and engaging across platforms.
* Plan and manage content strategies, ensuring content is in line with current digital and social insights.
* Contribute to the delivery of the retailer engagement strategy to optimize retailer onboarding.
Requirements
You are a tertiary qualified Marketing Manager with prior experience in a similar role within the retail sector and a good understanding of building a consumer-facing brand.
A creative thinker, you will interpret consumer research to develop strategies and critically assess campaign results.
You can identify priorities, manage multiple projects, and deliver initiatives within budget while building effective working relationships.
You require exceptional communication skills, leadership abilities, and sound digital and social capabilities to drive content strategies and connect with offline experiences.
