An Australian owned business and Australia's leading wholesale supplier of Licensed, Souvenirs and Custom Promotional products, working with a diverse array of retailers,are now seeking a Customer Service Officer
**About the role**:
- Entering/invoicing wholesale orders efficiently and accurately
- Establishing current Customers in the ERP
- Answering customer enquiries and assisting with their order placement.
- Other adhoc tasks as required
- Full Time role on site
You will need to display;
- Experience in a Customer Service role
- Excellent phone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work to deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work within a team or autonomously
- A positive, easy-going attitude, with excellent people skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Open and friendly communication style with a positive attitude
