Located in the heart of the Shoalhaven, Sikorsky Australia are seeking a self-motivated, team player to support our aircraft Maintenance team. As Trainee Administrator, you will be primarily based on reception, supporting the Administration Supervisor with a wide variety of tasks, whilst completing a Certificate IV in Business Administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
Located in the heart of the Shoalhaven, Sikorsky Australia are seeking certified and experienced Mechanical Trainer to plan, develop, and implement technical and non-technical training programs for customers and employees.
This role will require you to obtain information from customers, stakeholders and technical organisations, engineering, software and product requirements to prepare training programs, develop course content and determine methodology.
Role Requirements
* Manage updated curriculum database and training records
* Develop annual training plans for Sikorsky Australia.
* Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
* Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
* Coordinate the development of MH60-R Type Course and S-70A-9 to MH60-R Differences Course, fully aligned with the DASR Part 66 and 147 requirements.
* Monitor and Maintain DASA Part 147 Training Programs and courseware.
* Design prepare and order educational aids and materials.
* Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
* Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design.
* Instructional duties on various courses MH-60R Types (applicable to trade), Human Factors, Induction
About you:

You may be required to travel internationally on occasions with this role, therefore a current passport is essential.
Essential:
To be considered for this position you will have:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from recognized institution
* Cert IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical)
* Substantial work experience as a Trainer.
* Substantial knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation.
* Existing MAML
* DASA 66 Practitioner Course
* Well- developed knowledge of DASR 147
Highly desirable:
* MAML with S-70A-9 and or MH60R Category
Special Requirements:
Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
