About the role
In this role, you will oversee and manage a portfolio of existing affiliate partner accounts, working closely with key partners to continue building and strengthening the existing relationship they have with TorFX. Developing a thorough understanding of our affiliate partner's key needs and requirements will allow you and TorFX to deliver solutions that achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing trusted relationships with partners to ensure strong portfolio retention
* Expanding relationships by providing tailored solutions to meet their changing needs and objectives
* Monitoring progress of partner's referred clients and providing regular feedback and on outcomes
* Supporting partners with products and services and liaising with internal teams to ensure delivery in a timely manner
* Ensuring partner portfolios are maintained in accordance with "best practice" and key account metrics are being met
About you
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a portfolio of client accounts and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
* Experience in customer relationship management and providing solutions based on customer needs
* A high level of activity and communication with clients
* Ability to problem-solve and provide solutions
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
