Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support to our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming clients, answering and directing incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the office calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls
* Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
* Provide administrative support to the legal team, including document preparation, filing, and data entry
* Maintain the reception area and ensure it is presentable at all times
* Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and LEAP
* A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
