Swan Transit has an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced HD Mechanic to join our Workshop in Southwest, Bunbury/ Busselton as a Workshop Supervisor on Full-time basis.
Reporting to the Area Manager/Workshop Manager, overseeing all maintenance and engineering tasks to ensure safety, quality, and cost efficiency. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship on a fleet of buses & coaches - a great opportunity to advance your career.

**Role & Responsibility**:
- **Control and co-ordination of daily workflow.**:
- **Ensures safety standards and company policies are adhered to.**:
- **Maintains appropriate records and documentation.**:
- **Provides staff management for engineering section.**:
- **Orders stock and maintains stock levels at a cost-effective level.**:
- **Any other duties as required**
**About You**:
- **Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic with a minimum of 5 years' post trade experience in leadership role desirable.**
- **Experience on Bus & Coach chassis preferred.**:
- **Possession of current HR or higher -class vehicle licence.**:
- **Possession of or should be willing to obtain PTD.**:
- **Record keeping and office administration skills, inclduing knowledge of the following computer software packages: Microsoft Work, Excel and Access.**
