Customer Service Representative
Sydney Roof and Building Supplies – Mt Kuring-Gai, NSW Approx 18 hours per week
Sydney Roof and Building Supplies is a trusted supplier for homeowners, roofers and building contractors across the region. We're looking for a motivated and customer focussed team member to join us in a pert-time role that combines customer service with general warehouse duties.
About the Role
This position offers a mix of front-counter customer service and occasional hands-on warehouse support. You'll be part of a small, friendly team helping customers with enquiries, processing orders and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting customers with product enquiries and orders
* Manage incoming phone and email enquiries
* Processing sales and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting warehouse operations in relation to dispatch of goods
* General housekeeping to ensure a safe and organised workspace
About You
We're seeking someone who is:
* Customer-focussed, friendly, reliable and flexible
* Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems
* Experienced in customer service (building and hardware experience is an advantage, but not essential)
* A full time Australian resident is essential to qualify for this role
* Ideally living in the Hornsby, Mt Kuring-Gai or the central Coast
