We are partnered with a well-known utility organisation for the recruitment of a Change Specialist.

The Role
This is an initial 6 month contract with further work within the business highly likely, and will commence asap.
We're looking for an experienced Change Specialist to help deliver change management activities across our client's transformation program initiatives in the Finance & Corporate Services division.
This role will work together with the Business Program Manager and Program Change Manager to ensure that change is planned, communicated, and executed in a way that supports adoption, minimises resistance, and delivers measurable business outcomes.
Your Background
* Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Psychology, Communication, or related discipline
* Significant experience in change management, planning and executing of change strategies including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications and training
* Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and external consultants to deliver change outcomes
* Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) is highly desirable
* Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working across various stakeholder groups
* Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks, such as ADKAR, Kotter, or ACMP
You'll also need to supply a police clearance prior to starting and have unrestricted working rights.
