You will be stepping into a senior Legal Assistant role where confidence, initiative and accuracy are essential. A Day In The Life This is a fast-moving litigation environment where organisation and strong billing capability are critical. While each day may look a little different, you key responsibilities will include: Diary and inbox management Monthly billing, expense management and financial reporting Preparing correspondence and court documentation Filing and service of court documents Conducting Infotrack searches Matter management including opening, closing and archiving files Managing travel and assisting with event coordination Liaising with internal and external stakeholders What You'll Bring Prior experience within Commercial Litigation or a similar disputes-based practice in a mid to large firm environment is essential to be successful in the position.
