As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences for travelers worldwide.

This highly sought-after position requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual to manage the activities and performance of our team, greet and register owners and guests, and provide information on local area attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the activities and performance of our team in the absence of the Team Lead
* Schedule onsite resident guests to Owner Updates or regular Club presentations, as appropriate, during the guest's stay at the resort property
* Greet and register owners and guests
* Provide information on local area attractions
* Completion of all department-related paperwork
* Utilize communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles, and computers
* Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream
* Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
* Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process
* Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community
* Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business
* This role requires availability for weekend and public holiday shifts.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar hotel position
* A genuine passion for customer service and the local area
* Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
* An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive attitude
* Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
* High levels of computer literacy
* Experience with a Property Management System (PMS) advantageous
* The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
* Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
