The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced and customer-obsessed Showroom Manager to lead one of our flagship galleries.
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee day-to-day showroom operations, drive sales performance, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional, premium experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
This is more than a leadership role, you'll be the face of our brand, championing operational excellence, coaching your team for success, and showcasing our luxury product range with pride, precision, and passion.
What You'll Be Doing Customer Service Sales Lead by example to meet and exceed personal and team sales KPIs Deliver exceptional hospitality and guide customers through product selection with expert knowledge Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up leads, and support after-sales engagement Analyse CRM reports and identify opportunities to improve showroom performance Proactively resolve customer issues and ensure every inquiry is handled promptly and professionally Showroom Operations Maintain a pristine, luxury-standard showroom environment at all times Manage inventory, procurement, and product allocation to support seamless customer interactions Oversee visual merchandising to maximise product visibility and elevate the customer experience Manage equipment, technology, facility maintenance, and security requirements Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and showroom guidelines Team Leadership People Management Coach, train, and mentor team members to strengthen product knowledge and performance Foster a positive, collaborative team culture where achievements are celebrated Manage rostering, timesheets, absences, and day-to-day staff requirements Address performance issues with professionalism and support ongoing development Collaboration Administration Work closely with sales, logistics, warehouse, and management teams to deliver smooth operations Prepare accurate reports, sales documentation, and data needed for planning and decision-making Communicate professionally across all internal and external stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support broader business goals What We're Looking For Essential Minimum 3 years' experience in retail or showroom management, ideally within building, architectural, or premium product industries Proven track record leading teams and achieving sales KPIs Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Strong customer-first mindset with outstanding presentation standards Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; CRM experience highly regarded Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and recommend improvements Highly Desirable Experience working with luxury or design-led products Strong understanding of visual merchandising and showroom presentation Hands-on, proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Ability to motivate a team through pride, enthusiasm, and high-performance standards Our Values We're looking for someone who embodies our core values: Customer Obsessed - You put customers first and exceed expectations One Team - You share knowledge and support your colleagues Make it Count - You deliver on commitments and take accountability We are Fanatical - You bring passion and pride to everything you do Be You - You respect diverse perspectives and welcome constructive feedback Why Join Signorino?
