* Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance
* Length of Contract: 5 months

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with SMEs, systems engineers, logisticians and technical writers to capture source data, resolve ambiguities, and maintain technical accuracy.
* Apply accessibility and export best practice (contrast, line weights, limited palettes, print compatibility, and scalable outputs).
* Support the creation and upkeep of the Illustration Authoring Conventions / Style Guide and contribute to continuous improvement of publication workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
* Professional experience as a technical illustrator (Defence, aerospace, automotive, or complex systems domains).
* Effective stakeholder engagement skills: ability to communicate with engineers, operators, technical advisors and authors to resolve technical ambiguities.
Highly Desirable Skills & Experience
* Strong grasp of legibility, line weights, typography in graphics, colour and contrast for both print and digital delivery.
* Capability in version control and configuration management of graphic assets; meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

* SFIA Skill Code - Content design and authoring (INCA) - L3
