Beauty & Fashion Manager needed for an immediate start
What are the expectations:
* Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff management.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of beauty consultants and sales associates.
* Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
* Monitor and analyse store performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance.
