After several years of consistent growth and securing a strong pipeline of upcoming work across Queensland, the business is now looking to appoint an experienced Construction Manager to lead their Brisbane construction operations. The Role: As Construction Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the delivery of multiple HVAC construction projects across Brisbane and the broader Queensland market. You will lead a team of Project Managers and oversee the successful delivery of projects from commencement through to completion. This role sits within the senior leadership structure of the Queensland business and reports directly to the General Manager - Queensland. Your responsibilities will include managing project delivery performance, providing leadership and support to Project Managers, maintaining strong relationships with builders and clients, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is a highly visible role where your leadership will directly influence the performance, culture, and growth of the construction division.
