About this Position
This role will join a dynamic and collaborative team within the Manufacturing division, a core part of our operations that addresses ongoing challenges. The team works closely with cross‐functional partners to optimize manufacturing processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive strategic initiatives across the site. What you'll do
* Manage production operations and personnel in alignment with internal and customer requirements.
* Lead process optimization initiatives and report continuous improvement results.
* Establish, monitor, and report annual and monthly production KPIs.
* Review and update production procedures, work instructions, and process improvements.
* Oversee production performance, schedule adherence, product identification, and traceability.
* Manage nonconformance issues through corrective and preventive actions.
* Lead cost‐saving projects, new project initiatives (Lean, new products), and OEE‐driven improvements.
* Support people management, cross‐functional teamwork, and internal/external quality audits.
What makes you a good fit
* A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
* A minimum of five (5) years of experience in manufacturing and/or process engineering within the manufacturing industry is required.
* Experience with Six Sigma projects and/or hands‐on experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and data analysis is preferred.
* Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., Minitab), process control systems (e.g., PLC), and MES system architectures is preferred.
* Relevant certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Process Safety are a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, a proactive mindset, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‐paced environment.
* Comfortable working on shopfloors and engaging with operators and technicians.
* Native‐level proficiency in Korean is required, and business‐level proficiency in English is essential.
