This workforce has high volumesof recruitment with over 500 ongoing teacher roles advertised andmore than 5000 temporary teachers offered contracts each year.Additionally, around 800 leadership roles and 600 ancillary rolesare advertised every year.This role leads a dedicated specialist team that is responsiblefor providing best practice advice on executive employment,contracts and remuneration for leaders across schools, pre-schoolsand corporate. Additionally the team is responsible for managingsuccession planning and talent management across the department,ensuring a high quality, ready pool of leaders. The team worksclosely with senior leaders including the Senior Executive Group,Education Directors and Human Resources Business Partners to ensurethe best possible outcomes are achieved.Qualifications:Essential: NilDesirable: A tertiary qualification relevant toHuman Resources or equivalent experience.Special conditions:The successful applicant is required to gain a Department forHuman Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior tobeing employed which is required to be renewed every five yearsbefore expiry.
