What you’ll do: 
- Deliver acquisitions, disposals, and investments for a variety of clients across a range of different industries with a focus on private M&A; transactions. 
- Assist in the Australian aspects of cross-border corporate restructures. 
- Provide technical advice on the Corporations Act and the FIRB regime. 
- Draft and negotiate SPAs, prepare transaction documents and commercial contracts, and undertake and report on due diligence reviews. 
- Collaborate with commercial, financial, tax and other advisors from across the PwC business to provide clients with holistic solutions. 
- Contribute to team training, participate in internal & external conferences, develop thought leadership, and contribute to team initiatives. 
- Help to mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. 
What we’re looking for: 
- 2+ years PQE. 
- Demonstrated experience being a trusted adviser to clients by providing expert guidance, constructive challenge, and advice on complex and diverse legal and regulatory matters. 
- Experience delivering acquisitions, disposals, and investments with a focus on M&A; transactions.

We know that perks are as significant as your financial rewards. The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 85,700.00 including superannuation. Higher grades will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
