**The Company**

A design focused Developer & Builder whose projects focus on the owner/occupier market and have enjoyed year on year success and elevated them to a niche market leader. **The Role**

This is a newly created role due to a strong pipeline of stock (including a new project launch in the South/East) and further business growth. You will primarily be based out of a display in the outer South/East selling House & Land packages and architecturally designed Townhouses across multiple projects.

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**
- Current VIC Agents Representative Certificate
- Ideally you hold your own ABN
- Minimum 2+ years sales experience in Medium Density or New Homes from a Developer or Builder (in a lead rather than supporting role)
- Experience in the South/Eastern growth corridor is ideal
- Current Australian driver's licence and own vehicle
- Be available to work on weekends, both Saturdays & Sundays
- Highly computer literate including intermediate to Advanced skills across the Microsoft Office Suit

**Culture & Benefits**

In return, you will be rewarded with above market commissions per sale and a strong earning capacity for someone who is commission focused. You will be provided with an abundance of high quality leads weekly and a strong database coupled with a solid marketing campaign. You will be provided with a laptop and mobile phone and have administrative support.

There is some flexibility around your work schedule, with not all 5 days at the display, however you will need to be available on both Saturdays & Sundays.
