About This Opportunity
We seek an experienced BMS Project Manager to join our team. This role involves delivering projects, partnering with clients, and collaborating with engineering teams for multiple sites across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects with varying complexity levels.
* Establish project scope, timelines, and budget baselines, ensuring deliverables are communicated effectively.
* Develop detailed plans for project implementation, including cost forecasts, work breakdown structures, project timelines, and critical paths.
* Maintain high-level communications with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
* Project review and risk management, resource planning, allocation, achieving agreed-upon schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
* Manage suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance.
Requirements
* Tertiary or trade qualifications in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering fields.
* Strong project management skills certified by PMP and/or Prince2.
* Familiarity with building management controls and HVAC systems.
* Experience working on healthcare and hospital projects.
* A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role is essential.
* Commercial acumen and strong understanding of meeting client technical requirements and exceeding customer care expectations.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, complemented by strong organizational and time management skills.
* A proven track record of delivering complex projects in industries such as construction or allied services.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Project and the MS Office suite.
