Randstad Education is partnering with a prestigious Independent Girls' School in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. We are seeking a dynamic English Teacher for a Full-Time Maternity Leave contract for Terms 2 and 3, 2026. This school is renowned for its academic excellence and unique pedagogical model.

This is not a standard \"stand and deliver\" teaching role. You will have fewer face-to-face timetabled classes compared to other schools, with a significant portion of your timetable dedicated to 1:1 or small group \"Study\" sessions. Curriculum: Teach English to Years 7-12, including Extension 1 & 2.
Pedagogy: Deliver a unique program blending classroom instruction with personalised mentoring. Engagement: Proactively track student engagement and intervene to ensure deep learning. Holistic: Participate in the co-curricular and pastoral life of the school (paid additional to salary).
Successful Candidate Profile Qualifications: Tertiary major in English Literature and NESA accreditation. Experience: Minimum 2 years' teaching experience (Independent sector preferred; high-performing Public sector educators encouraged).
