As our newEvent Manager, you'll be at the heart of how we show up: to customers, partners, and the market. From intimate executive roundtables to large-scale thought leadership events, you'll design and deliver standout experiences that connect, inspire, and convert.
You'll have end-to-end ownership of our events program and work closely with marketing, sales, and service line leads to bring our brand and value proposition to life. If you're highly organised, commercially savvy, and confident leading multiple events across a fast-paced calendar — this could be your next big move.
What you'll be doing Plan, manage, and execute a wide variety of in-person and virtual events — from customer forums and executive lunches to expos and webinarsOwn event logistics, supplier relationships, budgets, and timelinesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to define event strategy, objectives, and outcomesDrive attendance and engagement through smart pre- and post-event communicationsWork alongside content, digital, and design teams to develop on-brand materialsDeliver post-event insights and reporting to support marketing and sales follow-upWhat you'll bring 5+ years of B2B event management experience (in tech, professional services or similar)Confidence running end-to-end events — from concept to execution to debriefStrong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing budgets, suppliers, and timelines under pressureProficiency in tools like Microsoft 365, Teams, Eventbrite, or similar platformsA relevant qualification in marketing, event management or communications is preferredWhy Fusion5?
