We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Executive to join our team. As a senior sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and success in the Australian Mining Industry.

* Develop and implement account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales initiatives and promotional programs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 10+ years experience working within the Mining Industry.
* 10+ years leadership experience within the Mining and/or Construction Industry.
* Experience working on mine sites across all of Australia.
* Solution selling and customer centric approach.
* A valid Australian drivers license.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity for creativity, calculated risk-taking, and maximizing team potential.
* Proficiency in fostering a nurturing and performance-driven atmosphere built on trust.
* Substantial business experience in sales or marketing, ideally in both areas, acquired in forward-thinking companies with significant international exposure.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving strong sales results.
