Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing aircraft systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and repair aircraft systems in accordance with maintenance manuals and industry standards.
* Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize task completion and achieve efficiency goals.
* Ensure adherence to quality assurance procedures and meticulous documentation practices.
* Prioritize environmental health and safety, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical)
* Australian Citizenship to meet Defence security requirements
* Current driver's license
Desirable Qualifications
* Previous experience working with military aircraft
* CASA or DASA Maintenance License
